Refund Policy
SKIIIN offers refunds on undamaged and unopened goods within 28 days from the date the item(s) are received. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Eligibility for Refunds
Only undamaged and unopened products are eligible for refunds. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact. Used or opened products are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or other extenuating circumstances.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers must contact SKIIIN's customer service team at customersupport@skiiin.co.uk within the specified return period. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Exchanges
SKIIIN does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a product must initiate a return for refund and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact SKIIIN's customer service team customersupport@skiiin.co.uk immediately. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment. SKIIIN reserves the right to replace the damaged or defective product or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where SKIIIN is at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
Fraudulent Activity
SKIIIN reserves the right to refuse refunds to customers who engage in fraudulent activity or abuse the refund policy.
Modification of Terms
SKIIIN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
